Return Policy:
Pre-Order items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged for other items if still in new, unworn condition.
Only new, unworn items may be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all tags and labels are still attached to the item and that it is in its original packaging.

Please note that Fenix Fits is not responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging items. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your item arrives safely and that you keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your records.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new, unworn condition. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
